About the Boat: The boat is a spacious and luxurious 20-foot vessel with two levels, offering plenty of space to move around. It’s perfect for those who enjoy the thrill of boating, with the option to jump off the top for those feeling adventurous. The boat is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time on the water, including a floating carpet for relaxation. The captain and mate are trained dive masters, ensuring a safe and fun experience throughout the journey. 3. What's Included: - Private tour with your group having exclusive use of the boat - Snacks, meat & cheese platter, fruits, sodas, and water - Local beer and unlimited rum punch - Cooler with ice (if you want to bring additional items) - 20' floating carpet for lounging - Guided snorkeling tours with all necessary snorkel gear - Captain and mate serving and assisting you throughout the trip - Safe and professional service by dive masters trained in life-saving techniques - Access to two levels of the boat, including an adventurous top level for jumping - A chance to enjoy beach time with coolers and umbrellas brought directly to the shore 4. A+ communication the entire time. Impressive boat with tons of amenities, paddle board/kayak/floats/beach chairs/umbrella/music/snacks/lunch/drinks for adults and kids etc…. Captain and crew were punctual, professional, courteous and most important, safe on the water at all times. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Would definitely recommend and use everytime we are in PR!!!

We had the absolute best time on Ellen’s boat! The crew was amazing and kind, and they took care of our group of 10 with no issues. They always made sure our drinks were filled and that food was out. The island we visited was beautiful and we had the most fun, relaxing day. Ellen was also super responsive and helpful during the booking process. I highly recommend booking!

Great boat, this was the highlight of our weekend! Boat was large enough for a group of 11 women. Alex and Victor were a great Captain / First Mate team. They accommodated my pescatarian diet and grilled fish for me. They even caught fish as well! They were helpful while some girls went snorkeling and put out a large floating pad once we were near the beach which was so nice to lay on it. We felt well taken care of! Highly recommend booking with Ellen's boat! Great communicator, quick to respond.

Loved this boat experience. It was a total of 9 of us on the boat and we had plenty of room. The captain and helper were friendly & very knowledgeable. They provided us with snacks, drinks, & food! We also got to use their floating mat & snorkeling gear. The captain made sure to place us in good locations to be able to see the reef & fishes. This is a must boat rental! My friends & I had the best time.

This boat charter was the highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! Nelson and Alex were the best captains, always making sure we were safe and well taken care of! They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! The communication with Ellen was also very clear and prompt - she even was quick to accommodate multiple time slot changes due to last minute flight changes within our group. This was an amazing experience that certainly cannot be missed when coming to PR!

Hi! I’m Ellen🏝☀️🌊 It would be a completely private tour and you would have the boat to yourselves. Our tour includes snacks, lunch(full day only), fruits, sodas, waters and unlimited rum punch! You have use of our snorkel gear, floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, adult and kids life jackets. Lately everyone has been obsessed with our new floating carpet. The boat has a great music system with blue tooth. You can be the DJ if you want! Our captain always makes sure everyone has a lot of FUN! We are five star 🌟 rated on Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor

All rentals must be reserved in advance—this gives us time to prepare your vessel and make sure it’s all spruced up for your adventure! **2. Arrival Time** We know you’re eager to hit the waves, but please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and get your sea legs. If you're running a bit late, give us a holler! **3. No-Show Policy** In the unfortunate event that you don’t make it (we’ll miss you!), here’s how we handle no-shows: - **Same-Day Cancellation:** If you need to cancel on the day of your booking, or if you don’t show up at all, we’ll have to keep 100% of your rental fee. Your boat was all ready and waiting for you! - **Day-Before Cancellation:** If you need to cancel on the day of your booking, or if you don’t show up at all, we’ll have to keep 100% of your rental fee. Your boat was all ready and waiting for you! **Weather Policy** Because safety comes first, we keep a close eye on the skies. Here’s how we roll when it comes to weather: **1. Sunny Skies & Smooth Sailing** If it’s clear skies and calm waters, it’s full steam ahead! Don’t forget your sunscreen and shades. **2. Light Rain? No Worries!** A little drizzle won’t sink our spirits! we know you’re okay with a few sprinkles, so are we. Just bring a jacket! **3. Stormy Seas** If Mother Nature decides to stir things up with strong winds, heavy rain, or any kind of rough weather, we may need to reschedule or cancel your trip for safety reasons. In this case, you’ll have the option to: - **Reschedule:** Pick a new date and time to set sail. - **Refund:** We’ll gladly refund your full rental fee. **Pro Tip:** Always check the weather forecast before your trip and feel free to reach out to us if you’re unsure. We’re here to make sure your boating experience is smooth sailing from start to finish! ** Captain reserves the right to change the scheduled destination for safety or ocean conditions --- Customers will also receive a full refund, alternate date or alternate destination in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
