In terms of Cancellation or amendments received less than 24 hours before the trip, a 100% of total fee will be charged. This also applies to clients not showing up for a booked trips.Trips cancelled more than 10 days before the trip will be refunded, less banking charges.Trips cancelled between 7 – 10 days before the trip 90% of ticket price will be refunded.Trips cancelled between 3 – 6 days before the trip 85% of ticket price will be refunded.Trips cancelled between 2 – 3 days before the trip 80% of ticket price will be refunded.The company reserves the right to charge 50% of trip cost for amended or cancelled group bookings (for more than 5 persons) done less than 30 days before trip date. This policy can be amended at the discretion of the Whale Watchers, should there be otherwise agreed.Arrival timesArrival time is 30 mins before the trip. No refunds will apply if clients do not show. Terms and Conditions Trips are reliant on weather conditions. The company reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather and any other unfavourable circumstances. Clients will be duly notified of trip cancellation on the day of the trip.When paid trips are cancelled clients will either be refunded or given the opportunity to reschedule.If at the discretion of the skipper, the trip is unsatisfactory due to absolutely NO sightings, clients may be refunded 50% of the fee, or provided an alternative on a later trip depending on availability.Clients are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure, otherwise booking will be cancelled, if not notified in time before boarding. Group bookings (more than 5 persons) will only be confirmed on condition of full payment.
