We had an awesome family adventure with captain Alejandro and his crew. I mentioned that we were celebrating my father's 80th birthday and they went above and beyond expectations, with happy birthday decorations and special cakes according to our wishes. We enjoyed a glorious day with snorkeling at the Colombia reef and then everyone in our group, including the 80-year-old birthday boy, went into the water at "El Cielito", where lots of rays peacefully swam around us. The catamaran included all of the listed features, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food and drinks they prepared for us were amazing. Thank you!!!

The crew was amazing and worked with our 3 kids to help keep them calm and safe during their first snorkel adventure. Also customized the menu to help the kids out but the best ceviche and guac! Great trip

Safety is always our top priority Weather & Port Authority Cancellations - A 100% refund applies only if the Port Authority officially closes the port and tourist navigation is not permitted. - If the port remains open and conditions are deemed safe to navigate, but the guest chooses to cancel due to perceived bad weather, a 60% refund will be issued. - - The remaining 40% is non-refundable due to operational expenses already incurred (crew, fuel, vessel preparation, permits, and logistics). ❌ Guest-Initiated Cancellations - More than 72 hours before the tour: 100% refund or free rescheduling. - Between 72 and 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund. - Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund. ⚠️ If the port is open, any cancellation is considered a guest-initiated cancellation, regardless of weather perception. ⏰ Late Arrivals - Tour time starts at the scheduled departure time. - Late arrivals do not extend tour duration and are non-refundable 💳 Refund Processing - Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. - Third-party platform fees are non-refundable.
