Rental Terms & Conditions Weather Policy: Your safety is our priority. If the Captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, lightning, or heavy squalls), we will attempt to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund will be issued. Please note that light rain or overcast skies do not constitute "unsafe" conditions and the charter will proceed. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - Late Arrival: The charter time starts at the scheduled booking time. If you are late, your trip may be shortened to stay on schedule for following bookings. Safety & Boat Rules: - Captain’s Authority: The Captain has total authority regarding safety and navigation. Failure to follow crew instructions may result in early termination of the trip without a refund. - Drug Policy: Waves Splitter Charters has a strict Zero Tolerance policy for illegal drugs. - Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the aft deck. - Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted for guests 18+. We reserve the right to cut off service to any guest displaying unsafe behavior. Damages: The charterer is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment (fishing rods, snorkeling gear) due to negligence or misuse. Guest Capacity: Per our insurance and safety regulations, the maximum guest capacity is 8 people. This includes children and infants.
