The maximum number of guests onboard must not exceed the legally permitted capacity of the vessel. Fuel consumption is not included unless otherwise stated. Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point. Significant delays or no-shows may result in a reduction of the charter time without refund.
