DESTINATIONS: Whilst every effort will be made to provide access to as many destinations of possible within the allocated fuel limit, ultimately the captain will have final decision making authority based on the weather and sea conditions on the day of the charter. CANCELLATIONS AND ANNULMENTS.- In the event of the lessee unilaterally with drawing from the contract he or she shall forfeit the sum delivered as reservation, You are expressly advised to take out insurance for cancellation of the rental at the same time as paying the reservation. Cancellations are only valid if made in writing. Cancellations by the Client: Fees as follows – More than 30 days before the start of the charter – 50% of the charter fee, 8 to 30 days before the day of the charter – 70% of the charter fee, Up to 7 days before the beginning of the charter – 100% of the charter fee. Cancellations by the Company: In case of mechanical failure, severe weather, or force majeure, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. SAFETY: The captain is the authority for safety whilst on board. Please follow the captains safety instructions. ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES INCLUDED? All trips include complimentary water and soft drinks. You can also bring your own food and drinks. We can also provide drinks and food on request. IS INSURANCE INCLUDED? Insurance is included, but we recommend purchasing additional travel insurance for trip interruptions, medical emergencies, or personal belongings. WHAT SAFETY MEASURE ARE IN PLACE? All our charters comply with local and international safety regulations. Boats are regularly inspected, and our crew or drivers are professionally trained and certified in safety procedures. We provide life jackets.
