In the event of cancellation due to weather, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Guests are expected to arrive on time for departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund if the vessel has already departed. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain at all times. Life jackets are available onboard and may be required depending on conditions or activities. The vessel operates a strict safety-first policy. The captain has final authority on all onboard decisions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse during the trip. Alcohol consumption (if allowed onboard) must be responsible, and the captain reserves the right to refuse service to any guest deemed unsafe or disruptive.
