The yacht itself was fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing day at sea. We couldn't have asked for a better setting to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the swimming and snorkeling. The crystal-clear waters were inviting, and we had a blast exploring the vibrant marine life beneath the surface. It was a refreshing escape from our daily routine, and we cherished every moment spent in the sun and sea. Looking back, we are so glad we decided to embark on this adventure. Below are some details about your activity: - Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your start time. - Dock fee ($13 USD per person will pay at the marina) - Gratuities is not included in the price. - Food and alcoholic beverages are not include, you can bring them. (Alcoholic beverages accepted). - The trip just included Ice, Sodas, Waters - If you want to include foods such as chips, shrimp Ceviche, guacamole, desserts or alcoholic beverages, it has an additional cost, ask for this service. Cancellation Policy: - No charge for reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to reserved time or due to inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, big waves, lightning, thunder). - Customer will be liable for the cost of rental if they do not email to cancel a reservation according to 24 hours cancellation policy. - NO SHOW or LATE SHOW = NO REFUND - All reservations are required to be done online. No reservations or cancellations over the phone. - If you have not received confirmation of reservation, your reservation is not valid. Important things: - We provide the government Sanitize programs to the maximum standards for all personnel all the fleet is sanitize in the present of our clients so you can be 100% satisfied free COVID 19 Warranty - Our company will not be responsible for any loss of personal items (e.g. mobiles, watches, jewelries, purses, etc.) on board. Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings on board and before getting off board. - The trip will not commence unless COMPLETE TRIP PAYMENT has been done. - If the Client or his Guests, at any point of the Trip, do not comply with the instructions of the Captain, our company reserves the right to terminate the trip with Immediate Effect without any possibilities of refund. - Please Note: for the 2-hours trip we don't go to Isla Mujeres and don’t snorkel but will go to Cancun Bay which is also a beautiful trip. - 2021 is the year of restoration of the yacht
