Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Please arrive on time — your rental period includes travel time to and from the dock. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened trip with no refund for lost time. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable. Safety: All guests must wear a life jacket when the boat is underway if requested by the captain, especially children and non-swimmers. Life jackets for all sizes are provided onboard. No swimming in restricted or unsafe areas. Please follow the captain’s instructions at all times for everyone’s safety. Boat Rules: No smoking onboard. No glass bottles. Please dispose of all trash properly — no littering in the water. Music is welcome but please keep it at a reasonable volume. Damage & Cleanliness: Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence during the rental period. Please leave the boat as you found it — a cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
