Booking Policies Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review the following policies before booking: - Weather Policy: Trips may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of unsafe weather conditions (high winds, thunderstorms, or other conditions deemed unsafe by the captain). Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for a cancellation. - Arrival Time: Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time, and no-shows are non-refundable. - Safety First: The captain has the final authority regarding passenger safety, navigation, weather conditions, and onboard conduct. - Boat Rules: No illegal drugs, no smoking inside the vessel, and no red wine or staining foods/drinks. Glass containers are discouraged for safety reasons. Please treat the boat with care and respect. - Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in the charter ending without a refund. - Children: Children are welcome and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Life jackets are available onboard. - Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. - Damages: Guests may be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of the vessel. - Captain’s Instructions: All guests must follow the captain’s instructions throughout the charter to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. - 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before the charter. - No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure or for no-shows. - Trips canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (determined solely by the captain) will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. - Light rain, cloudy weather, or changes in personal plans do not qualify for a weather cancellation. - If a guest arrives late, the charter will still end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available and agreed upon.
