When booking we will send a list of boat rules/etiquette. All Passengers must sign the rental agreement and boat etiquette form upon boarding the vessel. No underage drinking will be tolerated on boat. Any minor will be accompanied by an adult. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior, 25% refund if cancelled 5 days prior, NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATION OF 3 DAYS OR LESS. If later than 20 minutes to your booking you will not receive a refund nor will the boat be available. No-show bookings will not get refunded. All weather-related cancellations will be the sole decision of the boat owner and/or captain. Weather cancellations will be made for, but not limited to, lightning in the immediate area, tornado, flood, winds over 40 mph, temps below 50 degrees, or an act of god. If weather gets bad you will be refunded for whatever time you have left. We allow drinks and alcohol on the boat but we expect all passengers to RESPECT the boat and the captain. Additional cleaning fees will be added to excessive messes. Participation in any water sport comes with the inherit danger of injury and/or death. Alcohol increases the risk of injury or death, therefor; We reserve the right to restrict water sports due to intoxication, or any other reason deemed unsafe by the boat owner, or a representative of the boat owner. NO GLASS. When available, use cups with lids or aluminum cans so that drinks aren't splashing about in the waves. NO RED COLORED DRINKS NO MESSY FOODS: ie-CHEETOS, DORITOS, ORANGE CRACKERS, ORANGE FISHIES, GREASY FOODS, ETC... Orange fingers will stain the interior and most certainly put a damper on the day, not to mention you will be charged a cleaning fee or a nonrefundable deposit.
