- Weather Policy: Cruises operate rain or shine. In the rare case of severe weather deemed unsafe by the captain, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded. - Punctuality: Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. Please plan to arrive early for security check-in. - Safety First: The safety of our guests is our top priority. All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times. Life jackets are available for every guest. - Alcohol & Catering: Bar service and catering options are available onboard. Outside beverages are not permitted. - Capacity & Conduct: Maximum capacity must not be exceeded. Disorderly conduct, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior will result in termination of the charter without refund. - Damage/Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel. The charter company assumes no liability for personal items lost or left behind.
