Important Policies and Boat Rules Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, storms, or lightning), the rental may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge. We’ll make every effort to work with you to find a suitable reschedule date. Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows: Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled rental will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental are non-refundable unless weather prevents safe boating. Late arrivals will not receive additional time, and no-shows forfeit their booking. Please communicate early if your plans change. Safety: The renter assumes responsibility for the vessel and all passengers once the rental begins. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be worn or accessible at all times. The renter must follow all Florida boating laws and local navigation rules. Boat Rules: - Must have prior boating experience to rent - No smoking onboard - No glass bottles - Fuel used during rental is the renter’s responsibility - Keep the vessel clean and free of trash - No beaching or operating in shallow or restricted areas Delivery Area: For multi-day rentals, the boat can be trailered and delivered as far north as Punta Gorda and as far south as Marco Island. Damage or Negligence: The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. A full inspection will be performed before and after the rental.
