70% refund of offer amount up to 15 days prior.

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservation with a 70% refund if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the rental date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date. Arrival delays: If guests arrive late on the day of the rental, the tour will also end at the previously established time, with no possibility of extending the lost time. Adverse weather conditions: In case of severe weather conditions that prevent carrying out the activity safely, a credit equivalent to the value of the reservation will be granted. This credit can be used to reschedule the departure within a maximum period of 365 days from the original rental date, subject to availability .
