Perfect for tubing, water skiing, and cruising in style. The boat is rated for up to 9 passengers, but for maximum comfort we recommend 5–6 guests. To make your day even more fun, a 3-person tube and water skis are available at no extra charge upon request. Pricing is based on an 8-hour rental Monday through Friday, with different rates for weekends and holidays or holiday weeks. Pricing Notice The listed price applies to weekday rentals (Monday–Friday) during non-holiday weeks. Weekend rates and especially holiday or holiday-weekend rates are higher. Final pricing will be confirmed once you submit an inquiry. Boat Rules & Disclaimer - Minimum Age & Experience: All operators must be at least 25 years old and have significant experience operating a bowrider boat. Experience with pontoons alone is not sufficient, as they are not the same type of vessel. No exceptions. If you do not meet these requirements or cannot safely operate the boat, you will not be allowed to drive and no refund will be issued. - Boating Safety Requirement: The designated captain must watch the Georgia Boating Safety video and comply with all state and lake regulations. A short quiz may be required. - Bimini Top Policy: Please do not put the Bimini top down. - Fuel Policy: Fuel is not included in the rental price. A charge of $45 per engine hour applies only while the engine is running. For overnight rentals, the fuel tank must be full upon return. - Captain Sobriety: The captain must remain sober and attentive at all times while operating the boat. - Captain Responsibility: The captain assumes full responsibility for passenger safety and the condition of the boat. - No Glass: Glass containers are not allowed on or near the boat for safety reasons. - No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited onboard. - Dock Use Only: Please use designated docks only. Do not beach or take the boat ashore. - Cleanliness: The boat will be delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition. Excessive sand or hard-to-clean residue will result in a $100 cleaning fee. - Weather Policy: No refunds will be issued due to weather. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the rental start time. - Damage Responsibility: Any damage to the boat or its equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. - Life Jackets: Adult life vests are provided. Child or specialty-size vests must be supplied by the renter. - Prohibited Activities: Fishing and the use of sharp objects that may damage the interior are not permitted. - Pets: No pets are allowed onboard. - Timeliness: Please arrive on time for pickup and return. Delays over 30 minutes will incur a $50 fee. - Optional Captain: A captain may be available for an additional fee upon request. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please follow them throughout your rental. By Booking This Boat, You Agree To All Terms And Conditions Listed Above. Indemnification The Owner, or a captain appointed by the Owner, is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss to the Renter, guests, or personal property on the boat or at the rental location. The Renter agrees to release and indemnify the Owner or appointed captain from all losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from: (a) failure to comply with this Agreement; (b) any injury or damage occurring on or around the boat; (c) non-compliance with government laws or regulations; (d) claims or legal actions resulting from the Renter’s or guests’ actions. This includes attorney fees and court costs. No insurance is provided for personal property. Release Of Liability The Renter releases and holds harmless the Owner or Owner-appointed captain from any and all claims for injury, disability, death, or property damage suffered by the Renter or guests, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This includes injuries or losses resulting from visible or hidden defects, equipment issues, or lack of instruction or supervision. 3. Assumption Of Risk The Renter acknowledges that boating involves inherent risks that may result in injury, death, or property damage. The Renter confirms they have no medical limitations and possess the necessary knowledge and skills to operate the boat safely, and voluntarily accepts all associated risks. 4. Use Of Boat The boat is for short-term recreational use only. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard. The Owner reserves the right to remove anyone violating these terms or behaving inappropriately. The Renter must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 is prohibited from operating the boat. Allowing an underage operator will result in forfeiture of the deposit and possible legal consequences. If the captain or renter lacks adequate experience, operation will be denied with no refund. 5. Additional Boat Rules - Do not beach the boat. Damage to the prop, hull, or Bimini top will be the renter’s responsibility. - Do not lower the Bimini top. - No glass, open flames, or smoking onboard. - No pets allowed. - Fishing is permitted, but any upholstery damage caused by hooks will be charged to the renter. 6. Damages If the boat or equipment is returned in worse condition than received, the renter agrees to cover all repair costs beyond the deposit amount. The renter is responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests. 7. Fuel Charges Fuel charges are based solely on engine run time at $45 per hour. The onboard hour meter records usage. You do not need to refuel yourself. If emergency refueling is required, that cost will be deducted from the total fuel charge. 8. Weather No refunds for bad weather. This is Georgia, and rain or storms are possible. You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental begins. Shelter locations are available around the lake. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. - Rental includes water skis, a 3-person tube, ropes, and adult life jackets in assorted sizes. Infant or specialty-size life vests must be provided by the renter.
