BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - All changes or cancellations before the last 48 hours prior to the date and time of the booked activity will be 100% refundable or reschedules will not be penalized - All changes or cancelations between 24 hours to 12 hours prior to the date of the activity can be reschedule without penalization but will not be refundable. - If the client does not show up at the meeting point to start the activity on the scheduled time, or is late at the scheduled time of transportation pick up, booking will be considered “No Show”, there will be no refund or change on the date of the activity. BOOKING CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO CLIMATE CONDITIONS - If Marina Chac Chi cancel the fishing activity, snorkeling or sightseen charter due to climate conditions, a 100% refund will be applied or change of date without any penalization charges. - If the client shows up on time to the booked activity, but prefers not to go out due to the adverse weather conditions and/or does not agree on departing, a full (100%) refund or change of date will apply without any penalization charges. The client will only have to cover the round-trip transportations fee (if apply). - - Never the less, if the client accepts to take the activity regardless the weather conditions and he/she wishes to interrupt the activity and return to the marina before the time of the tour is done there will be no refund or change of date of the tour.
