Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation is made, deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the charter unless “unsafe weather conditions” are determined by the captain. The Captain will make all decisions regarding refunds for reasons outside of weather conditions. Note: “Unsafe Weather Conditions” will be determined by the Captain only.
