- Rentals are not subject to cancellation nor refundable (including no-shows). - All confirmed reservations are final, non-changeable, and non-refundable. - Should weather and/or other unforeseen matters not permit safe charter conditions, We will reschedule your charter date with no additional charges. - In the event that the weather is cloudy or rainy, this will not justify cancellation or refund. - We will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on board. - On the rare occasion that your reserved yacht becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to the next available boat at no additional cost. - The safety and well-being of our guests and crew members is our number one priority. We are always closely monitoring the guidelines from the Maritime Authorities and depending on the weather conditions, your Captain will let you know if you must return earlier.
