🚨 Rental Terms – Sea-Doo GTX 230 Supercharged 📍 Location: Lake Norman – Mooresville, NC 🛑 Important: Riders must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. If born on or after January 1, 1988, a North Carolina Boater Education Card is required. ✅ What’s Included: - Life jackets (all sizes) - Safety whistle & fire extinguisher - Optional: Bluetooth speaker (by request) ⏱ Rental Duration: - Half-Day (4 hours) or Full-Day (8 hours) rentals - Rentals start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend ride time. ⛽ Fuel Policy: - Fuel is NOT included – machine must be returned with a full tank or a refueling fee will apply. 🧾 Cancellations & Weather: - Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice receive full refund. - Same-day cancellations due to severe weather (lightning, storms) are eligible for a reschedule or refund. - No-shows or late cancellations forfeit deposit. ⚠️ Safety & Liability: - All renters must sign a liability waiver prior to use. - No reckless riding, or beaching allowed. - Must stay within designated riding area on Lake Norman
