Additional Terms & Information
Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. If severe weather prevents your rental from happening, we offer a free reschedule or full refund. Light rain or cloudy skies do not qualify for weather-related cancellations. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Rentals begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend your rental. No-shows will forfeit the rental fee and deposit. Fuel: Renters are responsible for refueling the Jetski at the end of the rental. A fuel receipt is required. If not refueled, your deposit will be used for fuel costs. Safety Requirements: Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times. The designated operator must be 21+ years old with Jetski experience. Jetski Rules: - No smoking or glass containers on board - No tying off to docks without permission - Maximum of 2passengers - Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 5 days before the rental. Within 5 days, cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. No refunds for same-day cancellations unless due to severe weather.
