📝 Rental Terms & Conditions 1. Damage or Misuse: – Renter is responsible for any damage to the Jet Ski during the rental period. – Misuse, reckless driving, or ignoring safety instructions may result in additional charges. – If the Jet Ski is returned with damage, repair costs will be charged to the renter. 2. Late Returns: – Late returns will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes past the agreed return time. – Please be respectful of other renters’ scheduled times. 3. No-Show Policy: – If you fail to show up at your scheduled time without notice, no refund will be issued. – Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. 4. Safety Requirements: – All riders must wear life jackets (provided). – No alcohol or drug use before or during rental. – Minimum age to operate: 18 years old with valid ID. – A brief safety orientation is required before riding. 5. Rain & Weather Policy: – Full refund or reschedule if we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, lightning). – Light rain or cloudy skies are not valid reasons for cancellation by the renter. – If bad weather starts during your ride, return as soon as it’s safe to do so. 6. Cancellations: – Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental time. – Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable, unless due to weather
