· We are not intermediates; we are not charter brokers. We offer exclusive trip design and end to end service on luxury crafts with professional crew. We are onboard to serve our guests. · We have a limited number of specific boats that we carefully selected. Most boats are brand new, all in immaculate condition. Most are exclusive to us.   · All boats are certified to carry 10-12-14 passengers, but we strongly suggest 6 to 8 for maximum comfort, for the level of service we opt. · Full day is 7-8 hours and around 50 nautical miles, half day is 4-5 hours and around 25 nautical miles. For longer routes we add the extra fuel. · We provide pickup/drop off from certain points and hotels, but there may be an extra cost. Cancelation Policy: • The cruise will be adjusted or canceled if the Port Authority prohibits charter operations due to weather. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule, or the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. • A 100% refund of the total fee applies for bookings canceled more than 15 days prior to the yacht's embarkation. • A 50% refund of the total charter fee applies for bookings canceled within 8 to 15 days prior to the yacht's embarkation. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 8 days prior. • Additionally, a 200€ dossier expense fee will apply to any cancellation. •  We are not liable for personal emergencies affecting the customer, including health-related incidents or travel disruptions before or after the scheduled cruise. If the yacht is unable to safely perform the cruise, we will attempt to substitute or reschedule, or the customer will receive a 100% refund.
