Driver must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and a credit card at the time of renting while filling out paperwork. Please confirm this when booking. Drives must pay for gas. Just like a car! -No more than the max *9* people on boat. -Be cautious with propeller, the lake is pretty shallow in some parts and it cost me $150, will be charged if brought back in different conditions. -Before returning the boat, pick up all food and trash. -Have fun but safe fun and enjoy. **If seen breaking any rules from above, rental will be terminated and fees may apply**
