Rental Terms & Conditions - Booking & Payment: Full payment is due prior to departure. - Captain & Crew: Bareboat Charter to comply with US Coast Guard Regulations. We can refer you to a 3rd party for Qualified captains and crew upon booking. - Cancellations & Refunds: - - Cancellations made 3 days or more before departure will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non-refundable unless due to severe weather (as determined by the captain). - No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. - Weather Policy: If the trip must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule or provide a full refund. The final decision is at the captain’s discretion. - Guest Responsibility: The renter assumes all liability for guests on board. Any damage to the yacht beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter. - No Shoes on Board: To maintain the yacht’s condition, guests may be asked to remove shoes while on board. - No Illegal Substances: Drugs and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in termination of the charter with no refund. - Safety First: The captain’s word is final regarding all safety measures and navigation. Guests must follow all crew instructions. - Alcohol & Food: Alcoholic beverages are permitted for guests 21+. Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of safety rules will result in early termination of the charter without a refund.
