Important Policies: - Weather: Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather (high winds, lightning, etc.). Light rain is typically okay. - Late/No-Show: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund. - Cancellations: Full refund with 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling allowed with 24 hours’ notice. - Safety: Life jackets are mandatory and provided. All riders must attend a safety briefing. - Eligibility: Riders must be 16+ and able to swim. Waiver required before participating. - Equipment Care: Riders are responsible for following instructions and respecting the equipment. - Guests: Spectators are welcome, but must remain in designated areas.
