To ensure the safety of our guests and maintain the pristine condition of our luxury vessel, please review our charter policies prior to booking. 1. FUEL IS ON US! Enjoy complimentary fuel for all local Fort Lauderdale cruising and sandbar hopping. (For coastal trips to Miami or Palm Beach, a small surcharge may apply.) 2. BAREBOAT CHARTER LEGALITIES Per USCG regulations, this is a bareboat charter. The maximum capacity is strictly 12 guests (excluding the Captain). You are chartering the vessel itself and are responsible for hiring a licensed Captain. We provide a list of pre-vetted, USCG-licensed Captains for you to choose from. 3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY All refunds are subject to platform service fees and merchant processing costs. - 14+ Days Notice: 100% Refund. - 7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% Refund. - Under 7 Days Notice: No Refund. - Special Events & Holidays: Bookings during premium event windows (e.g., Formula 1, Art Basel, Boat Show, major holidays) are final and strictly non-refundable. 4. THE "CAPTAIN'S CALL" (WEATHER POLICY) South Florida experiences passing showers. Charters will proceed as scheduled in light rain or overcast conditions. Cancellations due to weather are strictly at the discretion of your hired Captain based on maritime safety protocols (e.g., small craft advisories, lightning, high winds). If the Captain cancels the trip prior to departure for safety reasons, you will receive a 100% refund or a reschedule credit. 5. PET POLICY We know how important it is to bring the whole family on the water! We are a pet-friendly vessel for small, non-shedding dogs (e.g., a Cavapoo, Frenchie, or similar breeds under 30 lbs). Pets must be pre-approved prior to the charter date. We kindly ask that pets be kept off the beige interior salon upholstery and that their nails are trimmed to protect the deck. 6. VESSEL RULES & ETIQUETTE - Footwear: We are a strict "barefoot or boat-shoe only" vessel. No high heels or hard-soled street shoes are permitted on board. A shoe basket will be provided at boarding. - Food & Beverage: You are welcome to bring your own food and alcohol. However, strictly NO red wine, dark staining juices (e.g., cranberry), or foods that heavily stain (like Cheetos or turmeric). - No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, illicit substances) is strictly prohibited. Vaping is permitted only on the exterior aft deck, never inside the climate-controlled salon. - Behavior: The Sovereign 37 is an "On-Water Limousine." We do not operate as a party barge. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately, without refund, for unsafe, illegal, or grossly negligent behavior.
