90ft Sunseeker Luxury Yacht Charter for 12 Guests

BOOKING POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICY ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with the scheduled charter. No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time will result in forfeiture of all payments. WEATHER POLICY Rain alone does not qualify for cancellation. If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, or if the U.S. Coast Guard issues restrictions preventing the charter, the trip will be rescheduled based on availability. Refunds for weather-related cancellations are not guaranteed unless our company is unable to provide a rescheduled date. MECHANICAL ISSUES In the event of an unexpected mechanical issue, our company reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement yacht whenever possible. If no comparable replacement is available, the charter may be rescheduled or refunded at our company's discretion. LATE ARRIVALS Charters begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will reduce the charter time accordingly. No additional time or refunds will be provided due to late arrival. GUEST COUNT Guest count must not exceed the legal capacity of the vessel. Additional guests beyond the confirmed reservation are not permitted. CAPTAIN & CREW AUTHORITY The captain has full authority regarding safety, navigation, weather decisions, and guest conduct. Failure to follow the captain’s instructions may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT No illegal drugs or illegal activities are permitted onboard. Guests displaying unsafe, violent, or excessively intoxicated behavior may have the charter terminated immediately without refund. Any damages caused by guests are the financial responsibility of the booking party. LIABILITY By boarding the vessel, all guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boating activities and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
