We have the responsibility to evaluate weather conditions and determine whether they are "charterable" or "uncharterable." Uncharterable weather conditions are usually caused by heavy storms, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, strong winds, and large waves. But, don't worry! Light rain, passing storms, and cooler temperatures are typically considered as charterable. ​ If we find that the weather conditions are uncharterable, we will work closely with you to find a solution that works for everyone. We can either reschedule or temporarily postpone the charter to a later date, based on your preference. If we reschedule, you will receive a rescheduling credit, which is valid for up to one year for a charter of equal or lesser value. ​ We understand that unexpected weather conditions can be frustrating, but please know that we are doing everything we can to prioritize your safety and ensure that you have a memorable experience with us. Cancellations made within 14 days or more will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made within 13 days or less will be 50% refunded. Cancellations made within 3 days will NOT be refunded. All cancellations and changes must be made in writing by the Charterer. Please include: ​ - Charterer’s full name - Organization name (if applicable) - Scheduled date and time of charter - Identify request and reason for cancellation ​ ​ Please note that all rescheduled charterers are exempt from the above mentioned cancellation schedule (meaning that charterers may not reschedule a charter for a future date and cancel it 14 days or more out in order to receive a full refund). ​
