Rentals can be canceled at the captains discretion if: - weather creates an unsafe environment - passengers become unruly, uncooperative or intoxicated. - if passengers are late beyond 15 min we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. We may have other charters waiting. - No drugs are permitted on the vessel regardless of medical marijuana etc. We abide by federal laws in place by the U.S. Coast Guard.
