It is equipped with a BBQ grill for cooking onboard, bathrooms, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a music system, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. ______ WHAT’S INCLUDED The base price of the rental includes the captain’s fee and Crew service Charges . Also included in your trip are the following amenities: a music system, bathrooms, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a BBQ grill ( on request ) for your use. Yacht Rental Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Eligibility - Cancellations made 30 days (1 month) or more before the booking date: - - Full refund of the deposit/rental fee, minus a 5% administrative fee. - Cancellations made within 30 days (1 month) of the booking date: - - No refund will be issued. - Exceptions may apply only for documented emergencies (e.g., severe weather, medical crises) at the company’s discretion. 2. Rescheduling - Rescheduling is permitted only if requested 30+ days before the original booking date, subject to yacht availability. - Rescheduling within 30 days may incur a 15% rebooking fee. 3. No-Shows - Failure to arrive for the booked date/time will result in full forfeiture of payment. 4. Force Majeure - No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, political unrest). - Guests may reschedule (no fee) or receive a 50% credit for future bookings. 5. How to Cancel - Submit written cancellation via email to Support@getmyboat.com or through the booking portal. - Phone cancellations are not valid without written confirmation.
