TRIP TERMS: - All prices include Captain. - Prices do not include fuel, client pays for fuel. - 4 passenger maximum + crew. - All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received in writing 14 days or more prior to departure date. - Cancellations received less than 14 days of trip departure will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. - Advertised fares are cash discounted. A service charge of 3% will be required for all credit card transactions or transactions that we have to pay a processing fee on. - Prices do not include accommodations, client pays for accommodations, although pending number of clients and weather permitting, we may all be able to sleep on the boat. To be discussed on a per overnight or multiday trip basis. TYPES OF TRIPS: - 4-7 hour trips are Bay or Inshore. - 8-12 hour trips are Bay or Inshore or Islands or Offshore. - 12-23 hour trips are Inshore or Islands or Offshore. - There is a $1,000.00 surcharge for all Giant Bluefin Tuna trips. - Giant Bluefin Tuna trips have a minimum duration of 12 hours or more.
