Boats launch in Santa Rosa Beach at Cessna Landing, just off 30A. We offer brand new 24 foot / 12 passenger pontoons with a 115 horsepower motor. All our boats a U'S Coast Guard Certified and fully equipped with U.S. Coast Guard safety gear. Each Boat Includes: • Full tank of fuel • Cooler with 2 bags of ice • Two 46” heavy duty float tubes • Floating Water Pad 15’ x 6’ • All our boats are equipped with a full line of Coast Guard Approved safety equipment, including Life Vests (Youth, Child, and Infant Sizes available upon request) • AM/FM Radio & Bluetooth equipped • Bimini Top for plenty of shade • Extra Long Ladders • Anchor • Map of Choctawhatchee Bay with Swimming Spots and Restaurants marked • Storage • Trash Bags • Can carry up to 12 people or up to 1,600 lbs (We recommend no more than 10 passengers for your comfort, Children and captain count as a passenger per Coast Guard Regulations) If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. After booking, we can supply you list of local experienced captains who know their way around and Bay. Captains are hired by you separately an are included in the total headcount and weight limit for the boat. Cancellation and Refund Policy If check-in & paperwork is not completed properly by your departure time, we have the right to refuse service. We require you to check-in at least 20 – 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Our boats can only take a maximum of 12 passengers (regardless of age) or 1,600 pounds, whichever comes first. No-shows or those who do not have a driver with the proper credentials and boat license will be charged for the full rental, and not be refunded. No Exceptions. We have to do this because there is a large demand for boat rentals in our area and reservations are made in advance. Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Due to the high demand for boat rentals in our area Customers that cancel after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 48-hour cancellation period. The person signing the rental agreement must be 21 and have a Valid Driver’s License, Cell Phone, a Valid Major Credit Card (for security deposit), and a current Boater's License if required by law. or your reservation may be cancelled. All drivers must check in with one of our friendly staff 20-30 minutes before the scheduled departure, with a Valid Driver’s License, Cell Phone and a current Boater's license if required by law. All drivers must be present to be briefed & issued a wristband, otherwise they cannot drive. If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/day or a full refund will be issued. If there is rain while you are on your trip & you are called back in early, the price will be prorated accordingly, as long as you check in with one staff at end of your trip. Inclement Weather Policy Our area is known for its short-lived rain showers. The weather forecast in different portions of Walton and Okaloosa Counties may be completely different. Remember that both counties extend from the Guld of Mexican to the Alabama boarder. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made due to rain or storms that occur while you are on the water, or storms in the forecast for the immediate area that is over 48-hours prior to your departure date.
