We can have you out on the water and enjoying the mountain views within 5 minutes of showing up! Please plan on a park entry fee of $6.25/person for Boulder and $8/vehicle for Union. BEGINNER INSTRUCTION, YOGA + FITNESS CLASSES We are excited to offer Beginner Instruction, Yoga and Fitness classes on our paddleboards. All of our instructors are local Boulder teachers with years of experience and knowledge. All instructors are WPA certified and are ready to take your stand up paddleboard experience to the next level. You can try this instructional class with one of the most qualified river instructors in Colorado. You will safely learn everything needed to get you on your feet and confident in the dynamic river SUP environment. Beginner SUP - $75 per person Learn the basics of SUP! A great introductory course for any and all who want to learn how to SUP, refine technique, or gain practice time on the water with a certified SUP instructor. Boarding Bootcamp - $35 per person ($10/off if you bring your own SUP board! ) We will use a variety of circuit training moves on and around the board that will provide the cross training you need to get in shape, stay in shape, or ramp up your fitness level. SUP YOGA - $35 This beginner class will ease you into paddle boarding and SUP yoga. This class starts with a lesson on the beach followed by an enjoyable paddle out. Here we will embark on a tranquil set of yoga postures geared towards connecting your body with your breath.
