Additional Terms & Information

Additional charges which include the 12% Tax, 10% Facility Fee, Fuel surcharge of $250 and $70 Fishing licenses for up to 6 persons will be charged after the booking. For larger groups (6+) add $50 per person up to 10 persons. We can also provide a Pickup and Delivery service for a fee of $200. All bookings can be done online Any booking cancelled less than 3 prior to departure will receive a credit equal to the deposit for future trip. Full payment 48 hours prior to trip. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior will NOT be refunded. Exceptions: If the company cancels the trip due to equipment or weather the charter will be run on a different vessel of equal capability or reschedule the trip if possible, otherwise the guest will be refunded 100% For weather and safety concerns, the Captain has the final say and the guest and company will abide by the Captain's decision.
