All charters include a licensed captain and are limited to a maximum of 6 guests. Departure location may vary depending on weather and ocean conditions to ensure the safest and best experience possible. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled by the captain due to unsafe ocean conditions, weather, or mechanical issues. In these cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in a shortened trip or cancellation without refund. For safety, all guests must follow captain instructions at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Snorkeling locations are weather and ocean-condition dependent. A cooler with ice, Hawaiian juice, and bottled water is included, and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYOB). No glass containers please. We reserves the right to adjust the itinerary based on ocean conditions, wildlife activity, and guest safety.
