Weather Policy Safety comes first. In the event of unsafe weather (storms, high winds, etc.), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at owner’s discretion. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of booking fee. Safety Requirements All passengers must follow basic boating safety rules. Life jackets are provided and must be worn as required. The captain/owner has full authority to end the trip if safety concerns arise. Boat Rules - No reckless behavior or unsafe swimming/diving - No illegal substances - Alcohol permitted in moderation only - Respect the boat — any damages may be charged Capacity & Use Maximum passenger limits must be followed. Boat is intended for leisure cruising, relaxing, and light recreation. Cleanliness Please leave the boat in the same condition as received. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee.
