Rental Terms Weather & Safety Policy Trips operate rain or shine. If weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the trip may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or canceled in the interest of safety. If the captain cancels prior to departure due to safety concerns, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. No refunds are issued for weather-related itinerary changes once the trip has begun. Arrival Time / No-Show Policy Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time with no refund. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late or no-shows are considered forfeited bookings and are non-refundable. Captain Authority & Conduct All charters are operated by a licensed captain. The captain has full authority over the vessel, passenger conduct, itinerary, and safety decisions at all times. Failure to follow captain instructions, unsafe behavior, or intoxication may result in early termination of the charter without refund. Safety & Boat Rules - No illegal drugs or substances - Alcohol permitted in moderation at the captain’s discretion - No smoking or vaping onboard - No standing on seats, bow, or swim platform while underway - Children must be supervised at all times Swimming & Water Activities Swimming and water activities are permitted only when approved by the captain and when engines are off. No diving from the vessel. Damage / Security Deposit A refundable $1,000 damage deposit authorization may be required prior to departure and will be held as a temporary authorization on the booking guest’s payment method (not a charge). Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. Any damage will be documented and deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance released following the charter. Cleanliness & Excessive Mess Normal use is expected. Excessive mess, spills, or cleaning beyond normal charter use may result in additional cleaning fees. Waiver Requirement All passengers are required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to boarding. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of all minors. Failure to complete required waivers may result in denial of boarding without refund.
