This boat offers sightseeing and beach adventures. This is for a non fishing charter. Send a message to us to inquire about sportfishing charters. Sightseeing trips can depart at any time of day the boat is available. Boat Captain must be paid separate. Most captain work for $50 per hour. These fees and fuel fee must be paid prior to departure. Important Policies & Guidelines To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone, please review the following policies before booking: Weather Policy - Safety comes first! If weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, or unsafe waves) prevent us from launching, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. - Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify for weather-related cancellations unless deemed unsafe by the operator. Late & No-Show Policy - Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing. - Bookings include a set rental window — late arrivals will not be granted extra time. - No-shows are non-refundable. If you’re running late, contact us as soon as possible. Safety Considerations - Operator must have a valid State Issued Boater ID Card, USCG Captains License, or complete our boater safety program - Life jackets are provided and required for children under 13 (per California law). - The designated driver must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license. - No reckless driving, speeding near shore, or operating under the influence. - Stay within the designated boating area (map provided onboard). - Operator must complete our boater safety program Boat Rules - Pets allowed with prior approval (please ask ahead). - Clean up all trash before returning — cleaning fees apply for excessive mess. Other Notes - A security deposit may be held in case of damage or excessive cleaning. - Have fun, but be respectful of other boaters, wildlife, and shoreline rules. Still have questions?
