We reserve the right to deny a rental if the operator is not deemed qualified. • Independent captains are available upon request. Captain fees are separate from the rental price. • The vessel is limited to 20 miles offshore and must remain within the approved operating area. • No overnight anchoring, towing, racing, or operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol. • The vessel must be returned on time and in the same condition it was received. • Weather cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unsafe weather may qualify for rescheduling or a refund at our discretion. • Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and a safety briefing.
