1. Rental Price: The rental rate for the boat is $399 per day, and it includes the use of the boat, its equipment, and the first tank of premium fuel. 2. Rental Period: The rental period begins at [pick-up time] on the day of rental and ends at 8:00 PM on the last day of the rental. 3. Pick-up and Drop-off: Renters are allowed to pick up the boat the night before the rental period begins, after [pick-up time], subject to availability. The boat must be returned by 8:00 PM on the last day of the rental. 4. Equipment and Cleanliness: All equipment provided with the boat rental should be returned clean, in good condition, and placed back in the boat. Any damage or loss to the equipment will be charged to the renter at the cost of repair or replacement. 5. Fuel Requirements: The boat's engine only operates with premium fuel. The first tank of premium fuel is included in the rental price. Renters are responsible for refilling the tank with premium fuel at their expense during the rental period. 6. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required before the rental period begins. The deposit will be refunded to the renter upon the satisfactory return of the boat and its equipment, provided no damage or loss has occurred. 7. Responsibility for Damage: The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the boat or its equipment that occurs during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the renter separately if it exceeds the deposit amount. 8. Insurance: The boat owner carries insurance covering the boat, but the renter is responsible for any deductible or damages not covered by the insurance policy. 9. Renter Requirements: The renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. If the renter plans to operate the boat, they must have previous boating experience and possess any required licenses or certifications. 10. Boating Laws and Regulations: Renters must comply with all applicable boating laws, regulations, and safety requirements during the rental period.
