Today, kayaks are used mostly for recreational and sport purposes. Kayaking is an excellent way to exercise and relax at the same time. It is an ideal way to spend the day together with friends or family and explore beautiful beaches, bays and islands near Hvar. We offer modern sit on top double and single Feelfree kayaks with all needed equipment included in the price. All kayaks are equipped with watertight compartments allowing you to carry your personal belongings with you on your kayak adventure. Equipment rental agreement - Equipment user with above specified name and surname (in further text lessee) is fully aware of the danger and risks of rented equipment and takes full responsibility of using and handling the rented equipment. - With signing this document lessee fully acknowledges that use of the equipment entails known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties and expressly agrees and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in the use of equipment. He hereby voluntarily releases, forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Devotion j.d.o.o. from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with use of the equipment. - It is lessee responsibility to use equipment in accordance with local country laws and regulations. - Lessee agrees to cover all damage caused to equipment during use and equipment handling. He also agrees to cover the material value of equipment in case of theft.
