Pick up/drop off location is Gravelly point boat ramp, Arlington, Virginia  Cruising area is between Alexandria old town and Georgetown (Potomac river)  You can bring food and drinks, there is a big cooler for you and a table if needed. Just no red wine or anything that can stain seats Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time. 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time. Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable We have a roof which fully covers the boat and regular rain is not a valid reason for cancellation.  We do cancel and give a full refund in case of Safety-related cancellations stemming from the event of lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, or heavy wind within eight (8) hours of the time of the scheduled rental.
