Rental Policies & Safety Information Safety is our top priority. The boat operator is responsible for following all local boating laws and operating the vessel safely at all times. Children under 31yo must wear life jackets as required by law, and life jackets are provided for all passengers. Please arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time, and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations due to unsafe conditions (high winds, lightning, severe storms, or other hazardous conditions) may be rescheduled or refunded at the owner's discretion. No reckless operation, excessive speeding in restricted areas, beaching the boat, towing unauthorized equipment, or operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Pets are welcome; however, a $50 cleaning fee may be charged if excessive pet hair or additional cleaning is required. Fuel is not included and will be charged based on actual usage after the trip. Please return the boat in the same condition in which it was received. By booking, renters acknowledge responsibility for the boat, passengers, and any applicable fees incurred during the rental period.
