As per federal law, you will have the choice to either operate the boat yourself (provided you have all applicable licenses, proficiency & insurance) or to retain your own captain. You as the charterer have the freedom to hire/dismiss the crew of your choice. The maximum limit on board the yacht is 12 passengers.
