Paolo & Sebastian!!! If you are looking for a wonderful crew, please choose them! They were awesome and we even asked them to take photos with our group as they are now considered family to us! The boat was wonderful and the sights were beautiful. We definitely recommend and will be booking again!

My husband & I rented with Alex & his team for a romantic cruise around Miami…just the 2 of us. We had Jorge Camacho & another young man who was the captain. They were amazing! Jorge was our “photographer” and was happy to capture great pics for us. They were so accommodating and flexible as we asked them to pick us up at our dinner location because our reservation was pushed back an hour. They had no problem with that! Made us feel “big tyme” being picked up by “our boat” alongside our dinner table in front of a restaurant full of onlookers! This boat was beautiful, clean, & the overall experience was 10/10! I would highly recommend Alex & his team, as we will definitely make plans with them when we’re back in Miami.

Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). LATE CANCELLATION POLICY Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. TIE-UPS Any tie-ups with other vessels must be coordinated in advance through GetMyBoat messaging platform. Details and other information about the involved vessels must be communicated and approved beforehand. WEEKDAY TRIP DELAYS The river bridge for the yacht does not open from 4:45PM-6PM on weekdays for rush hour traffic. Any late arrivals may cause the yacht to remain behind the bridge until the 6PM opening.
