 Cancellation & Refund Policy We value your interest and trust in our services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have established the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations made more than 20 days before the reservation date: An 80% refund of the amount paid will be issued. - Cancellations made between 15 and 20 days before the reservation date: 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded. - Cancellations made less than 15 days before the reservation date: No refund will be issued. Full Refund Due to Weather or Vessel Issues A 100% full refund will only be issued under the following circumstances: - The yacht/boat experiences a mechanical issue or damage that prevents the trip from taking place and no suitable replacement vessel can be provided. - At the scheduled departure time, there is severe weather or heavy rain and the captain determines that it is unsafe to depart. Weather-related cancellations are based on the captain’s safety assessment at the time of departure. Rain forecasts or the possibility of rain alone do not automatically qualify for a cancellation or full refund.
