Safiyah Luxury Yacht – Important Policies To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience onboard Safiyah Yacht (DT 2778), please take note of the following policies: Weather & Safety - All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. The Captain has the final authority to alter or cancel the trip for safety reasons. - In case of a cancellation due to weather, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. Booking & Arrival - Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. - Late arrivals may result in reduced cruising time. - No-shows will be charged the full booking fee. Guest Policy - Maximum 12 guests only are allowed onboard. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Swimming is not allowed. Onboard Rules - Follow the Captain and crew’s instructions at all times. - Shoes off before boarding the yacht. - No drugs, illegal substances, or hazardous items are permitted. - No smoking inside the yacht (designated outdoor areas only). - Outside food & drinks are allowed (with prior approval). - Guests are responsible for keeping the yacht clean and any damages will be charged accordingly. Payment & Cancellation - Cancellations made 5 days prior to the trip are eligible for rescheduling or refund (less admin fees). - Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
