Prior the day of the charter: - 30 days or more - 100% refund - 29 to 15 days - Reschedule applicable or 30% cancelation fee. - 14 to 7 days - Reschedule applicable or 50% cancelation fee. - 7 days before charter day: no refund and no reschedule. Valid Cancellation Reasons: - In case of Marina closing for bad weather or other reason. - If Float considers that there is some danger to do the charter. - If the boat shows some mechanical inconvenience impeding the charter to happen. Non-valid Cancelation Reasons: - Rainy/Cloudy day. The boats have both covered and open areas, guests can enjoy the boat despite the weather. - Customer ends the charter because of sickness or other reasons. - Captain decides to end the charter for any guests’ misbehave. - There is any disagreement on security rules during the experience.
