Weather Changes In case there's bad weather your trip will be rescheduled for another day of equal value agreeable by both parties. Weather forecasts are always changing hourly, reschedules are to be decided only on the morning of your booked charter. ⏱️ Trip Logistics & Policies • 15 minutes at the end of each trip is reserved for safe docking and guest departure • Start times may shift slightly to fit our operating schedule: 12–4 PM, 4–8 PM, or 8 PM–12 AM • In the event of bad weather, trips can be rescheduled to a new date agreed upon by both parties. * Please be prepared for time slots to adjust up to an hour, for changing weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Marine/water conditions, weather, traffic, wind, docking, fueling etc. can all be unpredictable, and cause unexpected delays, out of captain's control. Late Arrivals/No shows: If departure is delayed due to late arrival, extra time is NOT provided at the end of the charter. If your party fails to show up the trip will be non- refundable. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. BYOB. Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area.
