Beverage service is available at the onboard bar. - Meeting & Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time. Our boat may not be able to wait for late arrivals, and no refunds will be given for cancellations due to late or no-show bookings. - The full-day rate applies to the 10:00–17:00 time slot. - If you wish to use the service for only a few hours within this timeframe, you are still required to pay the full-day rate. - Between 17:00 and 20:00, no meals are served; only soft drinks are available.
